A reputed organization in Malaysia is seeking an Executive for Employee Engagement & Religious Affairs. Executive, Employee Engagement & Religious Affairs

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, workplace harmony, and overall staff well-being which includes:

Supporting staff welfare initiatives and responding to employee-related matters with empathy and professionalism.

Managing Islamic religious affairs activities, such as talks, special programmes, and internal events.

Conducting short Islamic tazkirah sessions for staff when required.

Fostering a positive, respectful, and values-driven workplace culture.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Islamic Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR, engagement, welfare, or religious affairs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct clear, accurate, and engaging Islamic tazkirah.

Interesting, warm, and engaging personality that naturally attracts staff likability.

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
