Job summary

A leading property developer in Malaysia is searching for a Senior Executive in Group Corporate Communication. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the corporate website and creating visuals, along with assisting in content creation for newsletters and announcements. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mass Communications and at least four years of hands-on experience in corporate communication, especially in the property industry. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Senior Executive - Group Corporate Communication

Role responsible for IOIPG corporate website, corporate video and intranet—from updating and uploading content including visuals to maintenance—to ensure platforms/channels are up-to-date and relevant.

Responsible for corporate visuals and photography, including managing and updating the visual e-library especially for the Integrated Annual Report(s).

Assisting in compiling and content creation for the weekly email blasts, inhouse newsletter, announcements, etc.

Prepare briefs, fact sheets, corporate video(s) scripts and storyboard, etc.

Assist in preparation and execution of corporate events and awards.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Science, Accounting or Finance or other related discipline.

Minimum four (4) years of hands-on experience in corporate communication or public relations, preferably in the property industry or media houses or agencies.

Experience in building brand presence for corporate website and collaterals as well as designing corporate visuals.

Experience in content creation and the relevant styles of social media channels.

Maintaining good stakeholders’ relations as well as organising events and building

Multilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Skilled in designing and creative visuals in accordance to organisation’s Corporate Identity (CI)

Meticulous and detailed in ensuring all content, collaterals and materials are in accordance to the organisation’s CI.

Content creation for internal and external channels/platforms.

Proactive especially in communicating corporate updates and the matrix-structure of information and data for internal and external use.

Able to liaise with all stakeholders and colleagues at all levels across divisions/departments in the organisation.
