Job summary

A leading glove manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a communications officer to support internal communication platforms and engage employees through various programs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Science or Human Science and preferably some experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include managing communication frameworks, preparing internal messages, and coordinating engagement initiatives to strengthen the company's values and culture.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in similar roles and responsibilities preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of internal communication platforms.
• Assist in developing and implementing a robust communication framework.
• Prepare internal communications regarding organizational programs or policies.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement programs.
• Manage and maintain communication platforms including Workplace and Hartanet.
