This role includes strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of funding and income-generating initiatives to support the foundation’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, programs, and administrative functions of the foundation.
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with the foundation’s mission.
  • Identify, develop, and manage funding sources, including fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, grants, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Actively source and build relationships with donors, contributors, corporate partners, and benefactors.
  • Explore and develop income-generating activities, including social enterprise or business initiatives to support the foundation’s sustainability.
  • Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and responsible utilization of funds.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead, supervise, and support staff performance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and updates for management and the Board of Trustees.
  • Represent the foundation in meetings, fundraising events, and external engagements.
Requirements
