• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote THE HOOTON RETREAT SDN. BHD.'s brand, products, and services
• Create visually appealing and on-brand content, including photographs, videos, and graphics, for the company's social media platforms
• Manage and grow the company's social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, You Tube and LinkedIn, by regularly updating content, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve the company's online presence and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with other marketing and advertising campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the company's strategies remain effective and innovative

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating your work
• Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and design software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
• Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and problem‑solve
• Familiarity with the latest social media trends and best practices within the marketing and communications industry
