We are seeking a strategic and data‑driven Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager to lead our digital initiatives and drive business growth. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and technology to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and optimize marketing performance across all online channels.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, XHS, TikTok, and CRM channels.
  • To optimize performance marketing initiative, analyze data, and refine strategies to increase awareness, traffic, and ROI. Continuously track, test, and refine campaigns using analytics and A/B testing insights.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of data‑driven, performance‑focused content such as Reels, TikTok, and other social ads that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals, videos, and storytelling content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Manage CRM and customer engagement activities, including EDM, email marketing, automation, and retargeting flows.
  • Leverage CRM tools to capture, organize, and analyze customer data for targeted communication to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Propose, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across channels while ensuring optimal performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance productivity, creativity, and campaign performance.
