A global hospitality company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee day-to-day IT systems and support for its hotel. The ideal candidate has prior IT management experience, preferably in hotels, with a thorough understanding of Microsoft systems and hotel applications like Fidelio and Micros. Responsibilities include managing the IT Department, providing operational support, and addressing technical issues. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills critical to ensuring quality IT services for guests and team members.
An IT Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.
As an IT Manager, you will supervise the IT Department to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically, the IT Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
