We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Front Desk & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of our padel facility. This role is primarily operational and customer-facing, ensuring a smooth experience for members and guests during operating hours.
In addition to operational responsibilities, this role will also support basic content creation and visual work to help showcase the facility, activities, and overall padel community through social media and simple marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Operations (Primary Focus)
- Greet, welcome, and assist members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage court bookings, check-ins, and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Answer inquiries related to the facility, services, programs, and events.
- Open and/or close the facility following established safety and security procedures.
- Ensure the club is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support community engagement, encourage interaction, and assist with basic player matchmaking for open play and social sessions.
- Support the coordination of activities, coaching sessions, events, and community play formats as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks, research, and coordination to support the facility’s needs.
- Work independently during solo shifts while maintaining smooth operations.
Content Creation & Visual Support (Secondary / Plus Skill)
- Capture pics and short videos of day-to-day activities, coaching sessions, events, and the overall vibe of the facility.
- Create simple social media content such as Instagram/Facebook stories, reels, and posts.
- Assist in drafting basic visual materials such as flyers, posters, and brochures using tools like Canva.
- Support content capture during busy periods, events, and weekends.
- Coordinate with management to align content with promotions, programs, and campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work during opening or closing shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Lives within reasonable commuting distance to Ampang or can commute reliably.
- Interest in sports; padel experience is a plus but not required.
- Bonus skills (not mandatory):
- Comfortable using a smartphone to capture pics and videos.
- Basic editing skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook.
