Job summary

Job description

Collect, analyse and map business requirements to system functionalities, perform system prototyping involving system configuration and set-up, testing, programming, user training, documentation and implementations of systems solutions.

Establish and analyze on business processes and work flows that efficiently support business operations, based on the client’s processes and industry’s best practices.

May install new software and troubleshoot any problems related to performance of computer systems.

Expected to provide support 24/7 to users on HIS/EMR system modules, data interfaces and hospital departments’ workflows across different hospitals within Sunway Healthcare Group.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science OR Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences OR relevant qualification from a recognized university.

Fresh graduate, or minimum 1 year working experience in end user management, and exposure to business requirements gathering, analysis, process engineering and documentation.

Knowledge in infrastructure landscape including servers, networking, security and monitoring, if any

Good in verbal communication and written communication, with organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Willing to work on shift basis.

Experience in hospital and clinical systems will be an added advantage.
