  • Handling and coordinating the arrangement from pre-visit, during visit and post visit.
  • Coordinating with other business units on VIP Tour arrangements.
  • Handling VIP Lounge to ensure cleanliness and comfort for guests.
  • Ensuring Food & Beverages stocks are available and replenished.
  • Promoting and upselling VIP Experience Package and events.
  • Assisting in events operations like Team Building and Birthday Parties.

Responsibilities
  • Handling and coordinating the arrangement from pre-visit, during visit and post visit. Preparing and customizing the itinerary base on guest's preferences.
  • Coordinating with other business unit on the VIP Tour arrangement such as F&B, Retails, Security, Park Experience and Attraction involves.
  • Handling VIP Lounge to ensure it always clean and comfortable for guest.
  • Ensure Food & Beverages stocks always available and get replenished when its running low.
  • Promote and upsell VIP Experience Package, events (Eg, Team Building, Family Day)
  • Assisting in events operations on events like Team Building, Family Day, Birthday Parties.
