Job summary
A wholesale pharmacy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic pharmacist to manage daily operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and must be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia. Responsibilities
- Ensure all licensing requirements are adhered to according to guidelines.
- Manage daily operations of the wholesale pharmacy.
- Provide professional service and advice to customers.
- Monitor daily sales and maintain bookkeeping records.

We are currently a wholesale pharmacy, supplying registered drugs and healthcare products to the private doctors.

- Ensure all licensing requirement is done according to the Ministry of Health’s guidelines
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the wholesale pharmacy
- Able to carry out professional service and advice to customers
- Proactive in handling customers
- Monitor daily sales and maintain good bookkeeping records
- Monitor stocks movement, stocks ordering and maintain good inventory records
- Manage and oversee your staff and staff work schedule
- Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board, Malaysia
- New graduate who is eligible to obtain Poison A license is encouraged to apply
- Willing to learn and accept challenges. On the job trainings and guidance will be provided.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Strong leadership to lead the team
- Ability to multi-task, work with minimum supervision and perform well under pressure
- Computer literate
- Outspoken, strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia (those fluent in mother tongue languages will be an added advantage)
- Able to work on shifts rotation, weekends, and public holidays (when needed)
- Part of succession planning; ability to own company shares for suitable, successful candidate
