Responsibilities
  1. Perform accurate and timely data entry into ERP systems and other operational databases.
  2. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Engineering).
  3. Maintain and update records related to production and system operations.
  4. Assist in ERP system troubleshooting, user support, and coordination with IT or vendors for issue resolution.
  5. Ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms.
  6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline data processes and improve system utilization.
  7. Create and maintain ERP‑related documentation, including Master Data and SOPs (NAV system).
  8. Monitor and audit system data to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  9. Manage cross‑server operations in compliance with respective procedures for any variations related to country‑level management governance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ERP support where you've made a difference.
  • Understanding of the specific ERP system (e.g., Business Central, SAP) including core modules like Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
  • Language: English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data inconsistencies efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to support end users, explain technical concepts clearly, and respond promptly to user issues or tickets.
