A leading company in the consumer goods sector in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to implement marketing plans, analyze market data, and develop strategies in line with the brand image. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or Marketing, possesses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and has 3-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential, with a focus on developing strong relationships and driving results.
Implement marketing plans which combines all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning, promotion to achieve business plan.
Gather market information, arrange and compile as appropriate, analyze the data gathered and to propose recommendations to the team.
Effectively plan, develop, direct and implement marketing strategies and activities in line with the requirements set by the Company in line with the brand image
Able to assess the effectiveness of all advertising campaigns, promotions etc. and to provide recommendations for the next promotion. This is executed via analysis on sales data, consumer data and marketing performance. After which, this information is to be shared to Brand Manager and to be discussed with Brand Manager.
Communicate and liaise with in-house Designers to develop all marketing communications and to product packaging.
Liaise with business partners, advertising, media and public relations agency.
To track, monitor and evaluate the campaign promotions to ensure that the campaign objectives / sales targets are achieved.
