Responsibilities

Implement marketing plans which combines all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning, promotion to achieve business plan.

Gather market information, arrange and compile as appropriate, analyze the data gathered and to propose recommendations to the team.

Effectively plan, develop, direct and implement marketing strategies and activities in line with the requirements set by the Company in line with the brand image

Able to assess the effectiveness of all advertising campaigns, promotions etc. and to provide recommendations for the next promotion. This is executed via analysis on sales data, consumer data and marketing performance. After which, this information is to be shared to Brand Manager and to be discussed with Brand Manager.

Communicate and liaise with in-house Designers to develop all marketing communications and to product packaging.

Liaise with business partners, advertising, media and public relations agency.

To track, monitor and evaluate the campaign promotions to ensure that the campaign objectives / sales targets are achieved.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing from a reputable university.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships and relate well with others to drive results. Demonstrates and encourages collaboration and teamwork.
  • At least 3‑4 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Communication: Writes and speaks clearly, concisely with confidence. Shows ability to actively listen and seeks to understand the viewpoints of others. Able to present well.
  • Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin – Mandarin‑speaking candidates will serve Mandarin‑speaking customers.
  • Self‑driven, independent and self‑motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership qualities and a proven track record in similar positions.
  • Excellent use of computer resources and analytical tools including Excel.
