A leading company in Malaysia is looking for someone to manage day-to-day operations and direct sales for walk-in customers. Responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship requests, handling customer inquiries, and participating in events. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, and be proficient in both verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This role requires good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Manage day-to-day operations efficiently and accurately.
Manage direct sales for walk-in customers.
Coordinate sponsorship and charity requests.
Participate in company events including sales, promotions and sponsorship activities.
Develop and coordinate marketing collateral with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person).
Travel to different operation sites as needed and perform other duties as assigned by management.
