We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and curious Product (Marketing) Engineer who’s excited to bridge the gap between product innovation and market success. If you enjoy analyzing trends, turning insights into product ideas, and being part of launching something new—this is your stage.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Dive into market and industry trends to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancement.
  • Research and compare competitors—collect info on features, performance, energy efficiency, certifications, and pricing—and bring those insights into development discussions.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (R&D, Production, Sales, etc.) to ensure timely product trial runs and successful launches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing strategies based on customer needs, budget, and market insights.
  • Work closely with R&D and customers to support data submission for product certifications and accreditations.
  • Lead and monitor development timelines, ensuring smooth product rollouts while conducting training for distributors, dealers, and consultants.
  • Manage and update internal communication platforms like Business Portal and Rapid News with the latest product updates.
  • Provide effective training and supporting tools to both internal teams and customers, ensuring everyone is equipped with the right product knowledge.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, with minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second-Class Upper.
  • Strong project management skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to work cross-functionally and keep people in the loop.
