We are looking for a responsible and well‑organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Dignified Square (M) Sdn. Bhd. In this role, you will support sales and project coordination activities and help ensure the smooth running of daily sales processes. This is a full‑time position based at our office in Jalan Ipoh (Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah), Kuala Lumpur.

• Coordinate sales and project activities to ensure tasks and timelines are met.
• Prepare documents such as proposals, schedules, simple quotations and price comparisons.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and project schedules with internal teams.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to support smooth project execution.
• Provide general administrative support related to sales and projects.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and responsible with assigned tasks.
• Fresh SPM graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
• Training will be provided.
• Possess own transport will be an added advantage.
