A recycling company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities for rPET pellets. The role involves managing customer relationships, conducting presentations, and monitoring market trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting recycling capabilities. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong sales background in recycled materials to drive growth and engagement in a dynamic market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for rPET pellets (e.g., textile fiber producers, packaging manufacturers, injection molders, sheet extrusion companies).
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements regarding color, IV, quality specifications, and certifications (e.g., GRS,ISCC PLUS, HALAL Cert).
Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints in coordination with production and QC teams.
Assist the Sales Manager/General Manager in developing pricing strategies based on market conditions and cost structures.
Monitor global and regional rPET market trends, including flake prices, virgin PET market movement, and demand fluctuations.
Prepare sales forecasts, monthly sales reports, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirements.
Work closely with QC to understand product specifications and communicate customer expectations.
Assist in preparing COAs and other customer-required documentation.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Support marketing content creation such as brochures, product specification sheets, and sustainability documents.
Promote the company’s GRS certification, recycling capabilities, and environmental advantages.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, incoterms, and long-term contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policy and customer agreements.
Handle customer credit and payment follow-ups when necessary.
