Senior Sales Executive (Southern Region, FMCG)

Randstad is partnering with a prominent international food processing and trading group with roots tracing back over 50 years to Italy, to hire a Senior Sales Executive based in JB. The company has evolved into a global force, specialising in the transformation and distribution of high-quality raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished food products. They are a leader in sectors such as chocolate and compounds, UHT vegetable creams (non‑dairy), margarine, and bakery/confectionery ingredients.

About the job

The position is responsible for achieving direct sales with bakery shops, ingredient shops, food service & coffee shops, and for developing the company’s portfolio and market presence by introducing new customers to the database.

  • Area of focus: Southern Region (Johor)
  • Visit and prospect new customers in bakery, food service, ingredient shops, and medium industry channels
  • Develop Unigra’s portfolio in the region
  • Manage and process quotations for customers
  • Handle and follow up on customers’ payments and balances; maintain account health
  • Develop new sales projects with current customers, increasing number of SKUs for each account
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
About you
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of working experience with a proven record in food service / bakery FMCG management
  • Based in Johor Bahru / Batu Pahat
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any relevant field
  • Own transport, able to travel throughout the assigned region
