Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within QBee Superbike Centre/Kawasaki Johor Bahru, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the business, including sales, service, parts, and marketing, to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand recognition in the Johor Bahru region.
  • Manage and mentor a team of department managers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment, and ensuring employee development and training.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Kawasaki Motors Malaysia, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets and improve profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively to build customer loyalty.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
