Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
- Extensive experience in business management, including strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.
- Strong sales management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and building long‑term relationships.
- In‑depth knowledge of operations management, including process optimization, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Solid financial planning skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make sound financial decisions.
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services and enhance brand awareness.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the automotive or related industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within QBee Superbike Centre/Kawasaki Johor Bahru, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
- Oversee and optimize all operational aspects of the business, including sales, service, parts, and marketing, to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand recognition in the Johor Bahru region.
- Manage and mentor a team of department managers and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment, and ensuring employee development and training.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Kawasaki Motors Malaysia, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets and improve profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively to build customer loyalty.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
