- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Build relationships through trust and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth customer journey.
- Conduct regular business reviews to explore upselling opportunities.
Skills
- 1 year of Sales experience is a bonus (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)!

- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
