Credit Bureau Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CBM), is an established credit reporting agency jointly owned by Sunway Holdings Berhad and Credit Guarantee Corporation Berhad. We are currently undergoing rapid expansion with the objective of fostering financial literacy among SMEs and are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to promote the adoption of CBM solutions among business owners.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities, with a primary focus on SMEs and other commercial enterprises.
  • Continuously make outbound calls, schedule and prepare for sales pitch on company products and services to potential clients.
  • Constantly deliver good customer experience by maintaining strong business relationships with clients, addressing after-sales technical inquiries and providing training support.
  • Compile data and generate reports for analysis, tracking, and review purposes as needed.
  • Manage accounts receivable from existing clients.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling any additional tasks or assignments as assigned periodically.
Qualifications
  • Malaysians or individuals with relevant residence status.
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the SME market.
