Job summary
A leading recruitment platform in Malaysia is seeking an accounting professional to maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements. Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance team members.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
