Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

To oversee the overall AR, AP and GL functions and ensure the company procedures are in place.

To lead to AR & AP team members and ensure monthly closing activities are conducted in timely manner.

Monthly financial reports and costing report preparation.

In charge of asset management and related reports.

To liaise with auditors, tax agent, IRB and other authorities.

Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the accounting and controls of procedures, closing & reporting and generate accurate financial reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experiences.

Good knowledge in accounting and tax.

Ability, Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge in advanced book keeping.

Cost accounting in manufacturing.

Variance analysis.

Basic knowledge in accounting standard, relevant law and regulations, compliance, corporate tax incentives, internal control, ISO procedure will be an added advantage.
