Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Good attention to detail, accurate in data entry, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience using accounting software (Master Accounting/Auto Count) is an added advantage
  • No experience candidates are welcome if willing to learn
Responsibility
  • Handle daily accounting entries including AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable)
  • Prepare and update invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment vouchers
  • Perform data entry accurately into accounting software (e.g., Master Accounting / AutoCount)
  • Assist in bank reconciliation, checking statements, and verifying transactions
  • Maintain and organize accounting documents such as bills, statements, and supporting documents
  • Assist in month-end closing, including reconciliation and reporting
  • Coordinate with suppliers to verify bills, statements, and payment schedules
  • Support H.R./Finance with administrative tasks when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information
