Job summary
A leading construction firm in Selangor is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction sites. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the construction industry, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. The Site Supervisor will coordinate teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage site operations effectively. Candidates must be prepared to work outstation as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Managing site operations, including materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling.
