Plant Maintenance Technician
Job summary
A manufacturing company in Klang City is seeking a maintenance technician to handle plant machinery operations, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment operates efficiently, perform daily checks, and maintain records. Safety compliance is crucial. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-functioning team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Attend to plant and machinery operations, including responding promptly to unplanned breakdowns.
- Perform and verify daily maintenance checks to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues involving plant systems or machinery.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment when required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
