  • Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs, healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols
  • Assist doctors with clinical procedures and treatment when required
  • Provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Liaise with management on clinic needs, staff planning, performance matters, and process improvements
  • Handle patient feedback, issues, and service recovery professionally
  • Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and work ethics within the clinic environment
