Job Description

• To oversee in plastic system operation including injection moulding, painting line, graphic sub‑assy in order to meet the MPS volume at optimum costs.
• To ensure the introduction of new model development as per Zensuu Ryouhin and production preparation meeting new model Q, C, D target.
• To plan and implement productivity improvement project to improve P, Q, C, D, S, M at shop floor.
• To manage quality indices and other loss improvement activities meeting company requirement.
• Control & Monitor of production control indices included Man hour, SPRI, OEE, Production output, down time, & others.
• Cost control GMB indices & budget include paint, chemical, spare part, consumable & etc.
• To understand & manage the compliance to occupational Safety & Health and security policy, 5S, EMS ISO 14001, QMS ISO 9001, ISO 37001 ABCMS, legal requirement & Hyoujun Soubi. Manage and lead the activities accordingly.
• To study, propose & implement improvement project for TVP, Digital system.
• To inspire and lead productivity improvement project to improve PQCDSME at shop floor.
• Shopfloor inventory, workflow, work balancing, automation, trouble shooting and human control, management, and optimization.
• To carry out other duties as directed by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Mechatronic), preferably Chemical
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (speaking & writing) in order to deal with China Supplier for automation project and new mould development with China Mould Maker.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
• Additional skill in power query, coding, programming will be preferred.
• Able to travel outstation and overseas where and when needed
• Able to learn fast, highly adaptable and initiative to catch up to the current schedule
