Partner with the best

The Senior Product manager will deliver technical, operational, and commercial plans to senior leaders across our Valves business. You will own profitability and growth through Long Range Planning and development of a Multi- Product Plan for the Consolidated, Pressure Relief Valve product portfolio.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of growth strategies for Consolidated Pressure Relief Valve products

• Understanding current market positions and drive product line(s) to be a global leader in the Pressure Relief Valves market

• Meeting with customers (End User’s and EPC’s) to obtain direct Voice of Customer (VOC) to clearly understand the customer’s product needs

• Prioritizing and define New Product Development (NPD) activities based on market needs and supported by good business cases

• Developing clear go-to-market guidelines, by sales region and industry segment, to maximize profitable growth

• Identifying adjacent markets that can grow market share and expand SAS

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Degree from an accredited Uni/ College

• Have a minimum 10 years experience with Pressure Relief Valve Product Lines

• Have proven leadership abilities, good understanding of business fundamentals and financials

• Have understanding of functional impact to the business, including supply chain and commercial activities

• Have good communication skills and confidence with executive presentations

• Have knowledge of PRV markets, customers, and regional requirements including awareness of Technical Regulations & Standards

• Have entrepreneurial spirit to drive growth

• Have experience leading global teams and cross functional organizations
