Get to Know the Role

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized professional to keep office operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll provide executive support to senior leaders, manage company‑wide travel and visitor logistics, oversee daily café operations for employees, and maintain office essentials and procurement workflows. You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and coordinate across teams to deliver a seamless day‑to‑day experience for everyone.

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide high‑level administrative support and assistance to senior leadership (e.g., Managing Director, General Manager), including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
  • Handle leadership expense submissions and ensure timely, accurate reimbursement.
Travel & Visitor Management
  • Arrange flights, accommodation, ground transport and other travel support for employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Provide reception support by managing visitors and guiding guests to the right hosts or departments.
  • Coordinate with our catering partner to deliver timely, quality food service for employees.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards; conduct briefings and training on hygiene, service, and safety protocols.
  • Gather feedback from employees and work with vendors to improve menu offerings.
Other Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office stationery and essentials.
  • Oversee distribution, record‑keeping, and maintenance cycles for company shoes.
  • Support cross‑departmental requests to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Partner with Procurement on vendor coordination, PR/PO processing, and invoice follow‑through as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent practical experience.
