- Prepare and manage annual manufacturing budget.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and CAPEX plans.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture (EHS) and zero-accident workplace.
- Deliver consistent product quality and reduce defect rates.
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop plant leadership team.
- Build a high-performance culture with strong teamwork and accountability.
- Workforce planning, skills development & succession planning.
Supply Chain & Customer Focus
- Collaborate with procurement, planning and logistics teams for seamless flow of raw materials & finished goods.
- Support demand planning and capacity planning based on sales forecast.
- Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder & External Relations
- Report operational performance to Executive Management.
- Manage government, audit and regulatory relationships where required.
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making capability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
