Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture (EHS) and zero-accident workplace.
• Deliver consistent product quality and reduce defect rates.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor and develop plant leadership team.
• Build a high-performance culture with strong teamwork and accountability.
• Workforce planning, skills development & succession planning.

Supply Chain & Customer Focus

• Collaborate with procurement, planning and logistics teams for seamless flow of raw materials & finished goods.
• Support demand planning and capacity planning based on sales forecast.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder & External Relations

• Report operational performance to Executive Management.
• Manage government, audit and regulatory relationships where required.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business expansion.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
