Job summary

Position: Project Manager – Advanced Industrial Projects

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and technical expertise to manage and deliver complex advance industrial projects—ensuring every stage meets our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee the execution of complex construction projects, ensuring excellence in delivery across schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, providing leadership and direction to project teams, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders—ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring project engineers and developing the next generation of project leaders.
• Report project progress, financial performance, and potential risks to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing construction or MEP projects.
• Proven experience in managing advance industrial, cleanroom, or data center projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, construction sequencing, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
• Possess valid CIDB certification; safety‑related credentials (e.g. NIOSH, ISO awareness) are advantageous.
