Technician, Production Program Control

Are you skilled in program control systems and passionate about ensuring smooth production operations? Join us as a Technician, Production Program Control and play a key role in monitoring and troubleshooting production programs to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor false calls, provide real-time feedback on inspection results, and assist in program adjustments under engineer guidance.
• Collaborate with programmers to ensure smooth production system operations and track progress related to ECN/CAF updates.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and data connectivity issues promptly, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Perform routine system checks and troubleshooting during shifts; analyze production data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AOI standards and procedures; support machine operators in maintaining AOI equipment cleanliness.
• Provide real-time support to operators, leaders, and programmers; maintain clear shift handover logs.
