Join our client's dynamic team in Johor Bahru as a Senior Site Supervisor. What you'll be doing?

• Supervise Site Activities: Oversee work progress at the site, ensuring activities align with schedules and drawings.
• Manage RFI Documentation: Handle site RFI documentation, verification, and prepare RFI and pipelogs.
• Coordinate Construction: Coordinate, supervise, and execute construction activities, inspecting and controlling quality before deliveries.
• Monitor Progress: Monitor site progress, implement daily activities, and prepare regular site reports.
• Report Discrepancies: Report any discrepancies or delays in works and follow up on procedures.
• Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure smooth operations, work quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and arrange meetings with workers and sub-contractors.
• Liaison with Sub-contractors: Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure fit‑out works align with drawings.
• Manage Contractors: Manage contractors and site progress, communicating effectively with contractors and authorities.
• Lead and Supervise: Lead and supervise site workers, ensuring targeted schedules are met.
• Technical Skills: Read architecture, civil and structure, plumbing drawings, and possess basic AutoCAD skills.

Who are they looking for?

Engineering Qualifications: Possess at least a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or any related field.

Supervision Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the plumbing, water reticulations, sewerage field and projects.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and possess basic AutoCAD skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with contractors and authorities.

Leadership Ability: Strong leadership skills to supervise and lead site workers.

Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve site issues promptly.
