To provide all aspects of corporate secretarial duties for a public listed company and its group of companies;

To organize and facilitate the proper conduct of the Board, Board Committees, general meetings, and to minute the proceedings of the meetings;

To ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirement, Corporate Governance, and other relevant rules and regulations;

To draft announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on matters required under the Listing Requirement;

Advise the Board, Board Committees, and the management on corporate secretarial matters on decision‑making processes and to disseminate decisions made thereof to appropriate parties as directed;

Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, submission of statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016;

Preparation of circular resolutions, annual reports, as well as statutory forms, returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2016, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirement, Stamp Act 1949 and other relevant authorities;

Perform any other duties as and when requested by HOD and the management.

• Candidate must possess the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators qualification or a Degree in Law or Corporate Secretarial or its equivalent;
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage;
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field;
• Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
