Job description

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to coordinate site activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Lead and communicate work plans to site workers and sub-contractors in line with the approved project schedule.

Oversee workmanship and enforce quality control standards to ensure all works meet required specifications.

Supervise building structural works and monitor site progress to achieve project milestones.

Highlight and report any disputes, risks, or critical issues to the Project Team and Head Office promptly.

Ensure full compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and support project decision‑making.

Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by Management.
