Responsibilities

• Implement compliance monitoring program and annual compliance plan.
• Act as the designated AML Officer and establish AML policies.
• Conduct client AML screening for onboarding.
• Develop the company's internal controls framework.
• Facilitate compliance training programs for staff.
• Provide regulatory guidance to senior management.
• Conduct compliance reviews and present findings to management.
• Monitor investment limits and fund managers' compliance.
• Assist in preparing reports for Bursa Malaysia.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
• Support preparation of supplemental prospectuses.
