The Sales Operations Specialist will be covering the sales operations function for APAC , managing and ensuring the full adoption of processes, tools and operation excellence for the Service Business Unit Marketing & Sales community within APAC region. Core areas include performance analysis, process optimization and cross functional coordination, planning and management of service sales operations.
This position is open to be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, or Xiamen or Beijing in China. Successful candidates will continue to be based at their home country/location mentioned.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals, support sales on Global processes such as MIMO, Go-To-Sales (GTS) etc., support market assessments to understand regional dynamics and adjust strategies to effectively capture market opportunities.
You will monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership.
You will identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement improvements, standardize workflows and ensure compliance with company policies, monitor and support the successful adoption/implementation of sales tools such as Sales Force (SFDC) Power Shop etc., monitor the accuracy of information in Sales/Quotation tools and identify and address discrepancies in data to maintain quality standards.
You will support onboarding and training of sales staff, provide tools, resources, and best practices to enhance productivity, and coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution.
You will analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, provide actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational role or sales management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a regional context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and BI platforms.
Experience working in a regional or multi-market environment.
Excellent communication and project management abilities in English, primarily.
