About the job Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our client's team.This role willoversee key areas of human resources, including staffing, recruiting, labor law compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee wellness. This is an onsite position based in Penang, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of staffing and recruiting to meet the company's talent needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, updating HR policies as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair remuneration.
  • Promote employee wellness programs that enhance overall well-being and job satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management.
  • Min. 5years or above HR-related working experience, withat least 1 year in a known multinational company.
  • Demonstrated experience/success in Recruitment, Training, C&B, Retention, Performance Review and Talent Management.
  • Familiar with local governmental laws, rules, regulations, or practices about employment.
  • Capable of developing, improving, and maintaining company HR procedures and systems.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • A creative solutions provider and a good team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in implementation and handling of public relationships.
  • Honest, responsible, accountable, and willing to face challenges.
