Job Opportunity – Offshore Construction Manager (OCM)/Senior Field /Medic/Engineer / Safety Officer

We’re sourcing for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Offshore Construction Manager (OCM)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years of offshore construction experience.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale offshore projects.
  • Familiarity with offshore construction techniques (pipelay, lifting, diving, etc.).
  • Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, OGUK Medical).
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and procedures.
  • Experience working with installation vessels, barges, or FPSOs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Subsea Engineering, Mechanical, Marine, or a related discipline.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in offshore field engineering roles, with significant exposure to subsea installation.
  • Solid understanding of subsea hardware (trees, connectors, flexible/rigid pipelines, control systems).
  • Familiarity with SURF (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) installations and tools.
  • Valid offshore survival certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, OGUK Medical, etc.).
  • Experience with ROV operations and vessel mobilization.
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and subsea layout schematics.

Medic

  • HSE approved Offshore Medics certificate.
  • OGUK medical
  • MIST
  • GWO Basic Safety Training

Safety Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience of demonstrable experience in offshore marine logistics, supply chain management or a similar role within the oil and gas or maritime industry with a proven track record of prioritizing and enforcing safety.
  • Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET/FOET) are mandatory along with any other relevant safety certifications.
  • Must be willing and able to travel to and work at offshore locations and project sites as required with an unwavering commitment to adhering to all site‑specific safety regulations.
