- Oversee all production lines and ensure operations follow SOPs, WI, and quality standards.
- Ensure output meets required productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Monitor line downtime and take corrective actions promptly.
- Balance line loading, manpower allocation, and machine utilization for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure smooth production flow from SMT, Assembly, Testing, and Box Build.
- Lead, coach, and guide Production Supervisors, Line Leaders, and Operators.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
- Promote a positive and disciplined working culture with accountability and teamwork.
- Ensure all products meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to address quality issues, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal/external audits related to ISO, IATF, and customer requirements.
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety and 5S standards.
- Track daily/weekly KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, manpower efficiency, and downtime.
- Prepare production reports for management review.
- Analyze production performance trends and propose improvement actions.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
