Metrology Lab & QC Executive (Urgent Hiring)

Enhance First Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Petaling

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QC & Metrology Executive to own our quality lab. You will be the final line of defense for our high-precision parts (life-science and metrology industries). You need to be a "precision thinker" who ensures every part leaving the factory is perfect.

What the job is really about

• Master the CMM: Take full ownership of our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) — from programming to daily inspection.
• Protect the Standard: Ensure we achieve repeatable tolerances of ±0.01 mm or better across batches of 100 to 10,000 pieces.
• Manage the Lab: Keep our metrology lab organized, tools calibrated, and records spotless for audits.
• Bridge the Gap: Work closely with the Process Engineer and CNC Setters to solve quality issues as soon as they appear on the shop floor.
• Documentation: Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and final QC certificates for our customers.

Who we hope to find

• Technical Mastery: At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a metrology lab, specifically with CMM programming and operation.
• Precision Mindset: You understand the difference between "good enough" and "perfect" when dealing with microns.
• Communication: Able to explain technical errors clearly in English and Malay (Mandarin is a big bonus for HQ communication).
• Software Savvy: Experience with metrology software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) and standard Microsoft Office.

Big bonus if you

• Have worked in Life-Science, Aerospace, or Medical Device manufacturing.
• Understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) at an advanced level.
• Have experience with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 quality management systems.
