Requirements

• Minimum secondary school
• Able to work compulsory overtime: 2 hours daily (subject to business needs and order volume)
• Able to read, write and speak Malay and English.
• Able to work 2 shifts (Morning Shift: 8:00am–7:00pm & Night Shift: 8:00pm–7:00am)

Responsibilities

Outbound

• Assisting in warehouse outbound orders from picking to outbound (handover to 3PL)
• Perform duties such as ঔ picking, checking and packing.
• Able to carry heavy items and handle all parcels/items with care.
• Fast learner and system literate (WMS / mobile version).
• Efficiency in work‑related tasks.

Inbound

• Responsible for handling receiving and put away.
• Accurately identify, verify, record and receive inbound shipments.
• Diligently ensure data accuracy and completeness of all documents and tasks.
• Ensure product and packaging quality.
• Work with and instruct others in ensuring proper sorting, segregating, staging and flow of inbound product.
• Ensures that all labeling of product and pallets is accurate for put‑away in the proper location.

Inventory

• Maintain stock movement and prevent losses of warehouse items.
• Inventory checking and daily cycle counting.
• Replenish items at all times.
• Experience with 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Manage stock movement and properly record and update it.

Data Entry / Return

• Assisting in warehouse inbound, outbound, QC and handover.
• QC Return item from the buyer.
• Receiving return from the whole courier (CB Return + Local Return).
• Fulfill the whole order to perform pick, pack and handover to 3PL.
• Perform re‑delivery parcel from WH to the buyer upon request via CS娱乐下载 & PN.
