Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Executive / Associate Manager to oversee and manage quality assurance and control activities across our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage the QA/QC team, overseeing all QA/QC activities across production lines.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce inspection, testing, and evaluation procedures for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO, ASTM, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to improve product quality, address customer complaints, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, providing timely investigation and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization, defect reduction, and cost savings.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities for non-conformances and product defects.
• Review, analyze, and report key causes of quality losses and non-conformances, proposing improvement solutions to management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment (experience with latex products is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC tools, QMS, ISO standards, and relevant industry regulations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing QA/QC teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and laboratory techniques used in latex manufacturing processes.
• Good report‑writing skills.

Location preference: Negeri Sembilan (preferably).
