A leading telecommunications company in Puchong seeks a Marketing Executive to manage campaigns and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of marketing experience, strong project ownership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing initiatives, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality outputs across campaigns. Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing documents and approvals.
Deliver assigned tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Ensure coordination with vendors and agencies runs smoothly.
Ensure campaign materials are accurate, compliant, and error-free.
Contribute ideas and improvements to help marketing initiatives perform better.
Take ownership of assigned projects from start to completion.
Owning the CI and tone and manner of the redONE brand and its products and services.
Ensuring brand consistency by streamlining the content and brand story across all communication executions and channels.
Reviewing all the visuals by partners, agencies and third parties to be aligned with the brand.
Supervising the communications materials based on the agreed submission timeline and deadlines with the agency and/or media owners.
Working with Content team to produce relevant content for the selected media.
Keeping track on all the content materials validity.
Managing the media placement and schedule for timely content release to the public.
Supervising the format and specifications for the materials submission to the agency or media owner.
Ensuring the execution by the media owner is correct as per the business agreement and entitlements.
Supervising creative development and copywriting developed by internal and external parties.
Brainstorming creative ideas for marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
Performing QC on all content materials produced internally by the creative team or externally by the agencies or production houses prior to production.
Reviewing the material production with Commercial team on the POSM based on the given visual and brand guideline.
Working closely with vendors/printers, production houses, studios and other third parties to deliver the required materials.
Following up on the materials execution, timeline and delivery with the relevant production team.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team.
Manage documentation, PR/PO, invoices, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for campaigns and events.
Support marketing execution, logistics, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or related field
2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, advertising, or communications (agency or in-house experience is an advantage)
Strong understanding of brand management, CI guidelines, and tone of voice consistency
Experience working with agencies, vendors, printers, production houses, and media owners
Familiar with marketing campaigns, advertising materials, POSM, and media placements
Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
Strong coordination, follow-up, and project ownership skills
Detail-oriented with good quality control (QC) skills to ensure materials are accurate and error-free
Comfortable reviewing creative materials, visuals, and copywriting
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
