Quality Management System (QMS) Development
- 1.4.1 Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s QMS to comply with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.
- 1.4.2 Support the QA/QC Manager in achieving certification and recertification audits.
Customer Complaint
- 1.4.3 Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints related to product quality.
- 1.4.4 Analyze complaint trends and provide insights to management for strategic improvements
Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- 1.4.5 Analyze QA/QC performance metrics and prepare strategic reports for senior management.
- 1.4.6 Identify systemic issues and lead cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Optimization & Innovation
- 1.5.6 Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- 1.5.7 Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to integrate quality into new product development processes.
Customer & Supplier Quality Assurance
- 1.5.8 Act as the primary point of contact for customer audits and ensure timely resolution of quality‑related issues.
- 1.5.9 Assist purchasing to evaluate and qualify suppliers, ensuring they meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- 1.5.10 Mentor and develop QA/QC team to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
- 1.5.11 Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- 1.5.12 Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s operations remain compliant.
- 1.5.13 Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for quality and environmental risks.
Operational Responsibilities
Daily Quality Assurance Oversight
- 1.5.14 Supervise routine QC inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure product conformity.
- 1.5.15 Ensure all laboratory analyses are performed accurately and in compliance with SOPs.
Non‑Conformance Management
- 1.5.16 Oversee the generation and resolution of non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and customer complaints.
- 1.5.17 Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure timely close‑out.
Documentation & Reporting
- 1.5.18 Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, including test result inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
- 1.5.19 Prepare and present monthly quality reports (MQRs) to senior management.
Laboratory & Inventory Management
- 1.5.20 Ensure proper upkeep of laboratory facilities, equipment, and chemical stock.
- 1.5.21 Monitor and optimize inventory levels of spare parts and testing materials.
Regulatory & Customer Compliance
- 1.5.22 Ensure all products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- 1.5.23 Oversee the submission of final discharge Certificates of Analysis (COAs) through the Online Environmental Monitoring (OEM) system.
5S & Workplace Safety
- 1.5.24 Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
- 1.5.25 Promote a safe and organized work environment.
- 1.5.26 To perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability from time to time.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as QA/QC manager and lead a team.
- Be certified as Lead Auditor of Quality Management System ISO9001.
- Knowledge of science and Lab systems generally attained through studies.
- Proficient in basic analytical techniques in a QC/Commercial setting.
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
- Must be able to Listen, Read & Write in Chinese.
