Insurance Coverage

Preparation of bidding documents, project cost management, project completion settlement, quantities-bill-based pricing software, budgeting.

• Cooperate with the Business development department to complete the preliminary project estimate/budget and update the cost estimate of entire project process;
• Prepare bid evaluation analysis and bid evaluation report;
• Prepare subcontract contract/procurement contract;
• Prepare completion settlement;
• Prepare change evaluation related to project implementation
• Be familiar with the QS operating rules, and be familiar with and rationally apply various contract terms;
• Participate in bid inquiry meetings/regular construction site meetings and answer questions in a timely manner;
• Follow up on all matters throughout the project process in a timely manner and effectively manage all documents materials;
• Effectively perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

• Exhibit professionalism, good discipline and conduct at all times.
• Willing to learn and able to work as a team
• Experience with similar role is a plus
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Malay with excellent communication skills.
• PC: Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Proficiency in CAD software and any other software related to Quantity Survey.
• Education Background: Bachelor degree or above
• Relevant Major: Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Environment Engineering, Equipment Engineering or any other related majors.
