Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or multimodal transport operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and multimodal transport documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor overall MTO operations to ensure smooth delivery of all shipments in accordance with the projects and customer requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Liaise with Government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and regulatory standard
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or issues.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and agents.
• Supervise and support subordinated to ensure self-deliverables are executed.
• Help strengthen the Company’s logistics monitoring process, on time delivery, operations, cost effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or multimodal transport operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and multimodal transport documentation.
