Qualifications

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) Industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning

Assist in the HVAC design process, including system planning, sizing, and specification.

Analyze building layouts, study spaces, and prepare detailed design and layout drawings.

Set up and manage HVAC and chiller systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate on-site installation activities with contractors and team members.

Conduct on-site inspections in coordination with clients and supervisory consultants.

Monitor construction progress and assess manpower and equipment requirements.

3. Project Management & Reporting

Prepare and submit project documentation, technical reports, and progress updates.

Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and database records.

Attend project and site meetings; follow up on issues and implement solutions.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of project phases.

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on HVAC/chiller systems.

Ensure all systems operate efficiently and within safety standards.

5. Inventory & Resource Management

Manage inventory of HVAC/chiller equipment, materials, and tools.

Operate and maintain hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment as required.

6. Client & Documentation Management

Maintain records of client appointments, service schedules, and project-related transactions.

Issue and track invoices and payment documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Certificate/Diploma in HVAC; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in M&E Engineering or relevant field will be a plus.

Preferable at least 5 years relevant working experience in HV/AC/Chiller Maintenance.

MS Office and design software (AutoCAD).

Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
