A growing automotive company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle loan applications, liaise with the Insurance Department, and manage document submissions. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher, is proficient in Mandarin, and possesses strong organizational skills. Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Collect and compile documents from customers for loan application submission.
  • Follow up on loan application status and arrange for signing.
  • Liaise with Insurance Department regarding insurance issuance and road tax renewal.
  • Final file filing and monthly sales closing.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job description

Any other duties as assigned by the management

What we're looking for

MUST able to communicate in Mandarin as some of the customer only speak it

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Have own transport and able to work at Setia Alam and Kota Damansara Branch
