We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Maintenance Engineer to strengthen our team. This position involves planning and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, and systems to minimize production interruptions.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support production teams in resolving technical or mechanical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance-related work when required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, Machine Maintenance, Robot Maintenance (or related field).
- Experience: 2-4 years of working experience in maintenance, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.

May require shift work, standby duties, or overtime depending on operational needs.
